Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about visiting, tasting, ordering and the wines themselves.

Are your wines certified organic?

Yes. Every bottle is made from certified organic grapes grown on our own hillside — no synthetic sprays, no added shortcuts. Certification is renewed every year.

Do I need to book a tasting?

Weekend tastings run at noon and 3pm every Saturday and walk-ins are welcome when there is room. Groups of 8 or more should book ahead through our contact page so we can set a table.

How does wine shipping work?

Orders leave our cellar within 2–4 days in protective packaging. Adult signature (21+) is required on delivery, and we pause shipping during extreme heat to protect the wine.

Can I host a private event at the estate?

Yes — the barrel hall hosts private groups of 10 to 60 for dinners, tastings and celebrations. Tell us the occasion on the contact page and we will put together a plan and a quote.

What is the difference between the three wines?

The Pinot Grigio is bright and chilled; the Cabernet Sauvignon is bold and oak-aged for special dinners; the Estate Reserva sits in between — smooth, generous and food-friendly.

Do you offer refunds or replacements?

If a bottle arrives damaged or corked, tell us within 14 days with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you — whichever you prefer.

Can restaurants and shops buy wholesale?

We work with a small number of restaurants and retailers each year. Write to us with your business details and volumes, and we will talk through availability and pricing.
