Our Story

A Family Winery
on the Hill

Three generations, one hillside, and a cellar that has never hurried a single barrel.

Local Tastes

Rooted here since 1962.

Our grandparents planted the first rows by hand. We still farm them the same way.

What began as a farmhouse with a press and a stubborn mule is now a certified organic estate — but the rules have not changed. Pick ripe, sort twice, ferment slowly, and let the hillside speak through the glass.

  • Certified organic vineyards
  • Single-estate fruit, always

What We Believe

Slow wine, made properly.

Organic, always

No synthetic sprays, no shortcuts. Cover crops, compost and ladybirds do the work chemicals once did.

Small lots

Every parcel is picked, pressed and aged on its own. If a barrel does not earn its place, it never meets the blend.

Patience

Our reds rest eighteen months in French oak. Time is the ingredient you cannot buy — so we give it freely.

The People

Few hands, long memories.

Elena walks the rows each morning the way her father did. Marco tastes every cask before breakfast. Between them — and a small crew that returns every harvest — the estate runs on memory as much as method.

“We do not make wine for critics. We make it for the table — ours first, then yours.”
— Elena Marchetti, winemaker
